Return Conditions

You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

Ordering products in multiple sizes with the specific intention of returning (part of) the order is not permitted.
Return Process

Register your return via info@lilyandcoclothing.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China) from us.

You must return the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping costs.

We always recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace.
Refunds After receiving the item at the return address and approving the condition of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
